Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy before buying it, it provides all the details about the membership you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
 Cancellation Policy
Order once placed can only be cancelled within 5 hours from the time of placing the order, you can write to our customer support team on admin@ucale.com or ucale.com@gmail.com or call us on 09006679657. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request.

Refund Policy
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our membership packages we can provide a refund.
Refund request can be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchasing Ucale Membership subscriptions.
Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 12 to 15 working days for the credit to appear in your account.While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 48 hours.
Refund requests received after 7 days from the date of purchasing subscription will not be considered as valid with our refund policy.
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway, payments refund will be made to the same account.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, simply email us your order details with your login email, including the reason why you are requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.
